What the inspector wrote

On 08/05/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jaylena Miller conducted an unannounced subsequent complaint investigation regarding the above allegation and met with Director Scott Kinser and explained the purpose of the visit and findings were delivered. During the investigation the department conducted a physical plant inspection and interviews conducted with facility director, S1 and S2. LPA Miller concluded that there was not enough evidence to support facility staff handles day care children in rough manner. Based on the interviews and information obtained throughout the investigation, the allegation is unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED. This report must remain on file for three years. The facility director was provided a copy of their appeal rights (LIC 9058 12/15) and their signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights. Notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for thirty days. Exit interview conducted with director, Scott Kinser.
