What Happened

Unannounced case management inspection for lead contamination in water supply. Faucet in Site L was made inoperable and inaccessible. Licensed plumber repaired sink on 10/17/2022, and facility directed to run water 4 times daily for 30 seconds over 3 weeks before retesting.
