What Happened

Annual inspection of the center found clean classrooms, safe outdoor play, and properly posted records, but several staff and child record deficiencies were identified. Fire safety systems and food handling were otherwise in good order.

Observations

  • Two staff files were missing the LIC 9052 Employee Rights form
  • One staff file was missing the signed LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement
  • One child file was missing the signed receipt of LIC 995 Parent's Rights
  • Some children's files and emergency forms were incomplete
