What Happened

Case Management inspection regarding lead testing exceedances. Two fixtures (outside sink faucet and water fountain) exceeded lead action level of 5.5 ppb. Both fixtures were repaired, retested, and resolved on April 5, 2023 with proof of correction submitted.

  • Fixture A (outside sink faucet) had lead content exceeding 5.5 ppb action level
  • Fixture B (water fountain) had lead content exceeding 5.5 ppb action level
  • Both fixtures were repaired and retested on April 5, 2023 with results within acceptable levels
