What Happened
The annual home inspection found a clean, well-organized daycare setup, but several compliance gaps were still present. The biggest issues were the missing carbon monoxide detector, overdue fire-drill schedule, lack of adult TB clearance documentation, and lapsed childcare liability insurance.
Observations
- a carbon monoxide detector was not present
- fire drills had not been conducted every six months
- adult in-laws living in the home did not have proof of TB clearance
- child care liability insurance had lapsed
