On 02/04/2022 License Program Analysts (LPAs) Ashley Curry and Monica Mathur conducted a case management inspection and met with Director Lam. LPAs discussed and reminded director that children's personal right should never be violated. LPAs discussed time-out best practices. LPAs reminded director the importance of having a fully qualified designated person of responsibility in her absence. Director agreed to send qualification packet for designated staff person in charge in her absence. LPAs reminded director that only parents should sign child in and out daily. Exit interview was conducted with Director Lam and report reviewed. A Notice of Site Visit was issued, must be posted for 30 days. No deficiency was cited.
