What Happened

Case management inspection for required lead testing follow-up. Lead testing was completed and outlet B was found in exceedance of the Action Level (5 ppb). Outlet is located outside preschool classroom and is not accessible to children. Facility plans to replace the faucet and retest. Outlet cannot be used until results show 5 ppb or below.
