What Happened

An unannounced annual inspection found the center generally in good condition with appropriate materials, safe outdoor space, and compliant fire safety systems. Licensing also documented a supervision lapse, two expired mandated reporter certifications, and lead testing that had not been completed by the deadline even though it was later verified.
