On November 21, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lorraine Dacanay Breaux conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of investigating a complaint for the above allegation and met with Licensee, Teresa Fernandez. At the time of the visit there are five (5) children in care. Based on interviews conducted, the complaint is UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning it cannot be proven or disproven that the "licensee yelling in the presence of day-care children". Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. The licensee was provided a copy of this report and appeal rights, and the signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights, An exit interview was conducted with the licensee, Teresa Fernanadez and a Notice of Site was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
