What Happened

During the complaint deficiencies visit, LPA observed a volunteer with seven children in a room without a fully qualified teacher present. The director immediately moved a qualified teacher into the room after being informed that volunteers cannot be left alone with children.

  • A qualified teacher was placed in the room after the issue was identified
