On Monday 12/5/2022, at approximately 9am, Licensing Program Analyst(LPA) Sabina Dodoo met with Assitant Director Lorna Lazaro for an Unannouced Complaint Investigation for Bubbly Tots Learning Center. The Director Soni Singh is currently on vacation and was not present during this visit. LPA Dodoo explained the nature of this visit to Assistant Director Lazaro. LPA Dodoo toured the facility. The census was 19 children and 4 teachers including Assistant Director. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. The exit interview was conducted with Assistant Director Lorna Lazaro. A copy of this report was provided and a copy of Appeal Rights was given. A Technical Violation was given for Regulation Number 10428 (b)(2). (Please See Form LIC 9102 Technical Violation).
