What the inspector wrote

On 01/22/2026, A Case Management Visit was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini. LPA Saini met with the director, Tiffany Fern. An application was submitted to add Room A-19 with no change to the facility\342\200\231s licensed capacity. During the inspection, the facility also requested to remove Room E6 from the license, with no change in capacity, as the room has not been utilized since 2019. LPA received written request from the facility\342\200\231s Executive Director, Vanessa Castillo, who arrived during the inspection. The school-age program is located on the Green Elementary School campus and currently utilizes Rooms D-01 and the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR). The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Present during today\342\200\231s visit were the director and five staff members supervising 25 children. A health and safety inspection was conducted indoors and outdoors. The center has an approved fire clearance from Dublin Fire Prevention Services, with the condition that no more than 49 children may be accommodated in Room A-19. The school also has approval from the school superintendent to utilize Room A-19. INDOORS: EXEMPT OUTDOORS: EXEMPT The facility utilizes the Green Elementary School playground structures. According to the director, children will use the bathrooms located in the Multi-Purpose Room. The MPR contains separate bathrooms for girls and boys to maintain privacy. Each bathroom has four stalls and two sinks. The facility was advised to ensure 100% supervision when children transition between the classroom and the bathroom. Drinking water is available both indoors and outdoors through water fountains and water bottles brought from home. The facility provides AM and PM snacks, and menus are posted. The facility uses the Kangaroo app for children\342\200\231s sign-in and sign-out. Prior to adding the new room, the facility shall submit a staggered time schedule to ensure there is no commingling of school children with the EDCC program. An exit interview was conducted, and report was reviewed with director, Tiffany Fern.
