What Happened

Annual inspection of family childcare home caring for 12 children (5 infants, 7 preschoolers). During inspection, licensee's husband was absent and roster was out of date. Five Type A deficiencies cited due to missing children's files, incomplete immunizations, missing infant sleep plans/logs, and no documented disaster drills.

  • Working smoke detector in kitchen

  • All required forms posted

  • At 12:22 PM: Husband arrived
