On Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 9:09 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Manel Estoesta conducted a subsequent Complaint Investigation. LPA met with the Director Marissa Vera and explained the nature of site visit. Present on this visit were 4 Staff and 10 Preschool Children. Facility operates from Monday to Friday 7 am to 6 pm. The Department has investigated the complaint alleging Child's Personal Rights Violation. During the investigation the Department conducted a physical plant inspection and conducted interviews with facility staff and children's authorized representatives. LPA Estoesta concluded that there was not enough evidence to support that facility staff inappropriately handled a daycare child. Based on the interviews and information obtained throughout the investigation, the allegation is unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted with the Director.
