What the inspector wrote

On 5/22/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Briana Plumboy met with Director Lindsay Andalis for an unannounced case management inspection. The center and playground were toured. There were 3 staff and 15 children present during the visit. LPA Plumboy conducted the inspection to verify there was enough cushioning that could absorb a fall around and under high climbing equipment, slides, and other similar equipment. LPA Plumboy cited the center on 8/28/24 for the cushioning under the equipment, and the center made the high climbing equipment inaccessible until the cushioning was replaced. During this time, Director Lindsay Andalis also updated LPA Plumboy about the progress. During today's inspection, LPA Plumboy observed there is enough cushioning under the high climbing equipment, slides, and other similar equipment which can absorb a fall. There are no deficiencies cited. This report shall remain on file for 3 years. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted.
