What Happened
The annual inspection found the center clean, organized, and largely compliant, but the inspector identified expired emergency-bin snacks and major staff-record gaps. Staff training files were out of date, including mandated reporter and CPR/First Aid certifications, and one staff file was missing a health history form.
Observations
- snacks in the outdoor emergency bin were expired
- only the site director had an updated mandated reporter certificate; the other staff certificates were missing or expired
- only one staff member had a current CPR/First Aid certificate
- one staff file was missing the LIC 508 health history report
