What Happened
Annual inspection found the home clean and orderly, with 3 infants and 6 preschoolers supervised by the licensee and two employees. The main concerns were missing mandated reporter training for multiple staff, missing immunization/TB documentation for one staff member, and an infant sleeping in a cot without the required climb-out documentation.
Observations
- Infant #1, age 20 months, was sleeping in a cot without documentation showing the child could climb out of a crib

- Staff 4 lacked immunization and TB documentation
