Licensing Program Analyst Elimika Woods met with Darlene Brownlee to deliver the finding of a compliant investigation. There were eight children in care along with fingerprint cleared daughters, D. Brownlee, E. Brownlee, C. Brownlee. During the course of the investigation interviews were conducted, facility documents were obtained and various documents from other State agencies were reviewed. Based on interviews conducted it was alleged that an adult in the home sexually abused a child while in care. Based on interviews conducted and observations, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED Exit interview conducted with licensee .
