Follow-up on corrections·May 13, 2025

On 5/13/25 at 8:30am, LPA Briana Plumboy met with Director Maria Duarte for a case management inspection as a result of receiving 2 unusual incident reports. Present for the inspection was 14 preschool age children in care as well as 4 fingerprint clear staff. As a result, there are no deficiencies cited during today's inspection. An exit interview was conducted and the report was discussed. Licensee was provided a copy of their appeal rights (LIC 9058 3/22) and the signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights. A notice of site visit was given, posted by Director, and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Maria Duarte.
