What Happened
Unannounced annual inspection found 2 Type B violations: napping cot blocking exit door and cleaning products with spray bottles accessible to children. Additionally, child locks worn and need replacement. One staff member's Mandated Reporter training expired.

- Type B Violation: One napping cot observed blocking an exit door
- Type B Violation: One mop and one carpet cleaning brush observed in area accessible to children with cleaning solution canisters installed in handles (Swiffer wet jet). Two child locks on one drawer and one cabinet worn down and need replacement
- Advisory: One staff member's current Mandated Reporter certificate is for School Personnel (certificate for Child Care Providers expired)
- Advisory: Children's bedding observed in contact with each other
