What the inspector wrote

On 03/30/2022 at 11:45am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Uribe conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of investigating a complaint for the above allegation and met with Director, Aparna Parashar. At the time of the visit there are 31 children and 6 teachers present. Based on LPA Uribe's observation in the close proximity of the outside garbage bins to the children in care in the outdoor play area and interview with director which was conducted and recorded, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be substantiated. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, Section 101239(f), is being cited on the attached LIC 9099D. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Copy of appeal rights and report was given. Exit interview was conducted with director, Aparna Parashar.
