Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Saini met with person in charge Cristina Hernandez for an unannounced case management inspection in response to an Unusual Incident that the facility self-reported to the Department on 01/30/2026. Present during the inspection, 8 (eight) staff members and person incharge supervising 35 preschool aged children. LPA conducted multiple staff interviews and reviewed pertinent documents related to the incident. Throughout the investigation, staff members consistently reported that they had never witnessed any teacher hitting or inappropriately disciplining a child. Staff also demonstrated understanding of the school\342\200\231s discipline policy, which includes redirection, verbal guidance, and providing children with space when needed. Based on the information gathered, the LPA determined that no violation of regulations occurred. No deficiency cited today. An exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with person in charge Cristina Hernandez. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
