What the inspector wrote

On 1/7/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Simerjit Kaur arrived to the facility unannounced to conduct an investigation into the above allegation. LPA met with Director Janet Billingsley. Present during today's visit were 28 infant aged children and 9 staff members. During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews and record review. It was alleged that staff member handles day care children in a rough manner while in care. The preponderance of evidence standard has been met; therefore, the allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. See 9099D for deficiency. Exit interview conducted. Appeal Rights provided. Notice of site visit issued.
