Observations
- Single-story home in apartment complex with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, laundry room, kitchen, shared backyard
- Day care areas: living room (main playroom), dining room, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms 1-3
- Off-limit areas: bathroom #2, backyard, bedroom #4 (closed/locked doors and visual supervision)
- Daycare area clean and orderly
- Age-appropriate toys and learning materials
- No bodies of water, napping cots in good condition with separate blankets
- No guns, weapons, or pets
- Licensee has expired CPR certificate
- Licensee uses nearest park (10-15 min walk) requiring full supervision
