Criminal Record ClearanceObtain a California clearance or a criminal record exemption as required by the Department or This requirement was not met as evidenced by document review and licensee interview. There is an adult working in the facility with a criminal record clearance. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.

The Department may issue a license for fewer children than requested.Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
