What the inspector wrote

On 09/26/2025 at 3:00PM, Licensing Progrm Analyst (LPA) Christina Uribe conducted an announced Case Management visit and met with director, Dolly Satra. Also present at the time of today\342\200\231s visit is 5 staff members. The facility does not have any children in attendance today as the school is closed for a staff development day. The purpose of today\342\200\231s visit is for consultation and training at the request of the director. On 09/18/2025, LPA Uribe visited the facility for a regulatory health and safety inspection. During the last visit, the director asked for additional consultation and an opportunity for staff development. During today's visit, the director held a staff meeting and LPA Uribe sat in to discuss the importance of visual supervision and other licensing related topics and requirements. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Report was reviewed with the director, Dolly Satra.
