What the inspector wrote

LPA Diana Campos arrived to the facility unannounced to conduct a case management inspection to follow up on an unusual incident reported to the Oakland Regional Office on 03/13/2026 for an incident that occurred on 03/12/2026. LPA met with Assistant Director Cecilia Lara in the Center Director's absence. Present during this inspection were 17 children in care (4 infants and 13 toddlers) with 7 staff members including Ms. Lara. Interviews were conducted. LPA obtained copies of the children's roster, personnel report and other pertinent documents. As a result of this visit, no deficiencies are cited. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report reviewed with Assistant Director Cecilia Lara.
