What Happened

Case management and complaint investigation visits identifying critical staffing violations. Two staff members (S1 and S2) do not have proof of qualifications on file. S1 observed alone with 8 sleeping infants, S2 observed alone with 5 sleeping infants and 3 awake infants. Violations substantiated for unqualified staff supervising children and toddler rooms out of ratio.
