What the inspector wrote

On 10/22/2024 at 8:40AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jaleesa Jackson conducted an Unannounced Plan of Correct (POC) visit. LPA met with Director Sarah De Sousa and explained the purpose of today's visit. Present were 25 preschool aged children and 5 fingerprint cleared staff. On 10/15/2024, LPA conducted an Annual/Random inspection. The Child Care Center was cited 1 Type A citation for lack of supervision and 1 Type B citation for teacher qualifications. The Licensee and LPA developed a Plan of Correction (POC) with submission due dates of 10/16/2024 and 10/29/2024. LPA conducted a POC visit to verify that the corrections have been made. LPA verified that all Acknowledgment of Receipt of Licensing Reports (LIC9224) forms are completed. LPA generated a Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared and provided a copy to the Director. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Sarah De Sousa.
