Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Wynn Norona conducted a Case Management Inspection to review the facility’s request to decrease its licensed capacity from 120 to 96 preschool aged children in room # 2, #3 and # 7 and Room #6. Room #6 will be used as dual licensed classroom with school age component provided public school is in the session. During the visit, LPA remeasured the indoor and outdoor spaces. The indoor measurements totaled 3605.66 square feet. Dividing by 35 square feet allows for a maximum capacity of 103 preschool children.There are total 7 sinks and 6 toilets leaving room for 90 preschool aged children. The outdoor space measured 9288 square feet, which allows a maximum of 123 children at one time. An exit interview was conducted with Director Sarah DeSousa A copy of this report will remain on file for a period of 3 yrs for public review and a copy should be kept in the facility to be provided upon request. A notice of site visit was posted and must remain posted for a period of 30 days. The following items are required before a license will be issued: 1. Amended Granted STD850. 2. Updated Application (LIC200A).
