What Happened
Unannounced annual inspection found the center in ratio with clean classrooms, safe outdoor play, and posted public documents. The inspector identified a clearance issue for one staff member and observed expired medication in storage.
Observations

- Some medication stored on site was expired and belonged to a child who no longer attended
- Two staff files were missing health screening forms and updated mandated reporter training
