What Happened
The center was using preschool rooms and bathrooms differently because of a school-age summer camp, but licensing had not been notified of the space change. The visit also documented a capacity reduction, temporary bathroom arrangements, and the need to keep no more than eight children on the outdoor play yard at once.
Observations
- licensed space and bathroom use had changed without notifying licensing
- capacity had to be reduced to 15 preschool children while the summer camp was present
- no more than 8 children could be on the outdoor play yard at any time
