On Thursday, November 3, 2022, at 1:50 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Caroline Colson met with Hanping Fu, Licensee, her husband, Lifu Lu and her adult son, (Zhijun) Brendon Li for an unannounced complaint investigation. Brendon was the Mandarin Interpreter. There are four (4) preschool children and one (1) infant present. Interviews were conducted. Interviews revealed that there is one child who cries because the child is new to the facility. Based on the investigative findings, there is not enough evidence to prove that a child was left outside to cry excessively in care. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation occur. Therefore, the allegation is Unsubstantiated.
