What Happened
Type A citation for lack of supervision. LPA observed assistant not present in daycare room with children at time of arrival; children left unsupervised in locked room while assistant was in kitchen/napping room without visual or physical supervision.
Observations
- Assistant Nusratbibi Khan observed outside daycare room through front door window at time of LPA arrival
- Daycare room door was locked and closed
- Children left unsupervised in daycare room while assistant was in kitchen and napping room
- No visual or physical supervision possible from kitchen or napping room
- Licensee confirmed children were alone and assistant was not present in daycare room
