What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Cherie Acosta and Diana Campos conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPAs met with Director Lillia Refes. The facility has made some changes. The staff bathroom has been relocated to the break room. The previous staff bathroom has now been converted to a children's bathroom. The bathroom has two child sized toilets, a sink with one faucet and a double sink with two faucets. The facility has also added a Step 2 play structure to the play yard. The play structure has a slide and two swings. The structure has been anchored to the ground for the children's safety. LPAs have observed both the bathroom and play structure to be safe and approved to use by children. Report reviewed with Lillia Refes. Notice of Site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 day.
