There is 1 outdoor area on the property for the School Age children to utilize. Outdoor playground was inspected and observed to be safe. Head Teacher, Karina Martin is reminded that 100% supervision of children must be provided. There are currently no climbing play structures being utilized in the outdoor playground. LPA observed a new play area with a play structure that is under construction. LPA notified Head Teacher, Karina that once the new play area with play structure is completed, their assigned analyst should be notified and new outdoor areas and play structure should be inspected before being utilized by children. There are shaded areas supplied by canopies. The playground is free of debris and other hazards. There are no pools, hot tubs, or other bodies of water present.
