On 09/07/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Arminder Singh met with Director, Coralie Leclerc Sobhani and Assistant Director, Chloe Charbonnier to conduct investaigation for above allegation. It was alleged that Licensee is operating outside of the scope of their License. The ages served at facility: 2 years to First Grade Entry. The allegation is regarding a child who was not 2 years old on the first day of attending the facility. The child was 23 months on the first day of attending the facility. The child was turning two years old few days after the first day of attening facility. Faciltiy understands that child has to be two years of age when starting at facility with the current license conditions and limitations. Per LPA's investigation, it was determined, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met. Therefore, the allegation is SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12 is being cited on 9099-D page. The facility was provided a copy of the appeal rights. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of the complaint investigation report was provided and Notice of Site was issued.
