What the inspector wrote

On 07/15/2024 at 12:00PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), A. Curry conducted an unannounced subsequent complaint visit. LPA met with the Director, Casey Moorehead, to discuss the above allegation. LPA previously toured the facility, made observations, retrieved documentation, reviewed staff files, and conducted interviews. During the course of the investigation, it could not be determined that unqualified staff are providing care to day care children. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur. This allegation is Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted, appeal rights were given, and report was reviewed with the Director, Casey Moorehead.
