What the inspector wrote

On February 23, 2022 at approximately 08:15 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elimika Woods met with licensee's John and Angela Catacoly for an UNANNOUNCED CASE MANAGEMENT CAPACITY INCREASE INSPECTION . Present for this visit were seven (7) children, six (6) preschool age and one (1) infant. The home was to ured to conduct a Health and Safety Inspection. On-limit-areas are the: Living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom next to kitchen, covered patio, backyard, bedroom left side of home and bathroom Off-limit-areas are the: In law unit in backyard, bedroom that was converted from garage, one bedrooms on left side of the home, laundry room next to covered patio T his single-story home consist of 3 bedrooms, two baths, living and dining room, kitchen, covered patio area, backyard and converted garage ,which is neat and clean with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. There's a separate in-law unit in the backyard that is off limits to children in care. The off-limits are will be made inaccessible by closed and/or locked doors and visual supervision. The space behind the in law unit is fenced to prevent children from going behind the unit. The Isolation area will be the bedroom on the left side of the home, away from other children in care. The outdoor play area is the fully fenced backyard and LPA observed that it is free from defects or dangerous conditions. There are no changes to the home since the last inspection visit on 06/18/2021. A fire clearance for 14 was approved on 2/14/2022. LPA reviewed the application prior to this visit and the home has an approved fire clearance from the Alameda County Fire Department. The facility currently plans to operate 6:00 AM until 5:00 PM., Monday through Friday There are no deficiencies cited today. Notice of Site visit was provided to the licensee to be posted for the next 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee's, John and Angela Agudelo . Based on the approval of the fire clearance, issuance of license is recommended for this home effective today. L icensee is approved for the Change of Capacity as of 02/23/2022.
