What the inspector wrote

LPAs D. Santiago and D. Campos conducted a Case Management inspection as a result of a complaint investigation inspection on 3/13/2025. LPAs observed a toddler in the Infant/Toddler classroom swaddled from shoulders to waistline preventing arm movement. Interviews disclosed this was a request from parent. Staff immediately removed the swaddle and stated they would talk with parent about discontinuing any form of swaddling. Safe sleep regulations were extensively discussed. No deficiencies issued at the time of inspection. Notice of Site provided must remain posted for 30 days.
