What the inspector wrote

On 03/04/2026 at 1:25 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Watts conducted an Case Management Inspection at Orkidz Preschool. LPA met with Director, Fatemeh "Sheila" Bagherzadeh Khorasani and explained the purpose of today's inspection. During today's inspection, there were 36 children in care (16 infants, 20 preschool children) with 8 staff in four classrooms. Director stated there are 37 children enrolled. LPA is following up on an self reported Unusual Incident Report submitted to licensing on 02/24/2026. LPA toured the facility, observed classrooms, and conducted interviews. LPA has determined that facility was in compliance with California Code of Regulations, Title 22. During today's inspection, there were no violations observed. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Sheila Bagherzadeh Khorasani. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
