On 7/31/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Catherine Fernandes arrived announced on a case management inspection and met with applicant Gloria Pineda. Present for the visit was the applicant and her husband and their underage daughter. The purpose of the today's visit was to review and obtain the applicant's missing documents and to add the enclosed backyard to the on limit areas. The on-limit-areas are the: living room which will be the main area of the day care, the dining room, the first bedroom on the left side of the hallway, the bathroom, the kitchen and the enclosed backyard. The off-limit-areas are the : two bedrooms on the right side of the hallway, the detached garage, and the outside storage, which will be made inaccessible by closed and/or locked doors and visual supervision. The Isolation area will be the table in the dining away from the other children in care. As of 7/31/25 the home is now licensed and can start providing care to children. Exit interview conducted.
