Pre-licensing visit·October 2, 2025

On 10/2/25, at 1:35pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Catherine Fernandes arrived announced on a prelicensing inspection and met with applicant Shaneece Robinson. Residing in the home is the applicant, her fingerprint cleared husband and two underage children. The home was toured to conduct a health and safety inspection. The applicant plans to operate between the hours of 6:30AM -7:00PM, Monday through Friday. The home is a two story house that consists of three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, which is neat and clean with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort of the children. The entrance to the childcare will be the front door. LPA observed age-appropriate toys that appear to be safe, clean and in good repair. LPA did not observe any hazardous materials or toxins, or medications accessible to children during today\342\200\231s inspection. Per Applicant, there are no firearms or pets in the home. LPA Fernandes reviewed and provided a packet of prelicensing forms with the applicant and did a walk through of the lower floor of the home. LPA will return at a later date to continue the prelicensing inspection. Exit interview conducted Report provided.
