On February 10, 2023, License Program Analyst (LPA) Lorraine Dacanay Breaux conducted an unannounced case management and met with Licensee, Rohini Lanke. Present for today's inspect was licensee and fingerprint cleared assistant Shweta Singhal. There were a total of 8 children in care (2 infants and 6 preschool). Hours of operation is Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM. The purpose of today's visit is to inspect and follow up from the annual inspection done on 09/21/2022. Type A violation was cited for not having an assistant with 11 children in care. (out of ratio). Type A was cited for having 3 baby bouncers and a walkers in the child care, these items have been removed and not present for today's visit. LPA reviewed children files and staff files and parent board. LPA reviewed and obtained a copy of the child care roster. LPA reminded licensee the importance of being in ratio, safe sleep log/plan and updating staff and children files. (during this time licensee states she does not provide care for children under 12 months) Plan of correction (POC) have been cleared as of today's visit. Licensee is remind to continue to inform new families (LIC9224) until September 30, 2023. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights were given and exit interview was conducted with licensee, Rohini Lanke .
