Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Saini arrived for an unannounced case management visit to add a backyard to the on-limit area. Present in the home today was licensee Sindhu Chemala and four (4) children in care. The hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Licensee has recently updated the Backyard with new turf and concrete; however, the neighbour boundary fence is still pending. The Licensee mentioned that she will only be utilizing the area of the Backyard up to the turf. LPA advised barricading the area beyond the turf until the boundary fence is pending. The Licensee placed the child-proof gate during the visit. As of today, 06/06/2024, the Backyard is recommended to be a part of the daycare. LPA advised providing proper care and supervision while kids play in the Backyard. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
