On 10/02/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini met with licensee Sindhu Chemala Venkata for an unannounced Case Management Inspection for the purpose of adding an off-limits area to on limits. Upon arrival, LPA observed the helper and licensee supervising seven children. During t he inspection, two children left, and the remaining five children\342\200\224one infant and four preschoolers\342\200\224were transitioning to nap time . The hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM. The licensee requested to add the master bathroom to the on-limit areas to accommodate children in care, as the originally licensed bathroom will undergo renovation and be placed off-limits once construction begins. The updated on-limit and off-limit areas are as follows: On-Limit Areas: Living room, kitchen, dining room, family room, hallway, bathroom, master bedroom bathroom and backyard. Off-Limit Areas : All bedrooms, including the master bedroom, hallway storage closet, and garage. The designated isolation area will be dining area away from other children in care.
