What the inspector wrote

On November 2, 2023 at approximately 11:05AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lorraine Dacanay Breaux and Brittany Crass conducted a Case Management visit and met with Center Director Claudia Barrencha. Present today were 48 children in care seven (7) staff personnel. The purpose of today's visit is to follow up to an unusual incident report submitted by the police report and unusual incident submitted by the facility. Per the police report received " A man for ongoing child sexual abuse that occurred over 12 years ago. At the time of the offense the child was six and the suspect was over 40. It was recently learned that he is a custodian at facility.....the sexual abuse did not occur at the facility but the family's home in Pleasanton..." LPAs also interviewed director and assistant director. (see 812) Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights provided. Report read and appeal rights given to Director, C. Barrencha.
