On August 6, 2025, at 8:35am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Randy Miranda arrived unannounced for an annual inspection for compliance to Health and Safety. LPA was greeted by staff members and granted entry into the facility. Shortly thereafter, Director Anupama Malhotra arrived and accompanied LPA during the inspection. Present during the inspection were the Site Director and zero (0) children in care. The center currently operates Monday\342\200\223Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The School-Age component of this facility is not currently in use by the licensee, as no school-age children are enrolled. Although Classroom #1 has been designated for the School-Age program, due to the lack of enrollment, all available classrooms are being utilized for the Preschool component. At the time of the inspection, due to the facility not utilizing the school aged component, the following were not reviewed: * Children's Files: Were not reviewed because no school aged children are or have been enrolled. * Staff Files: There are no school aged staff members present during today's inspection. * Physical Plant: There are no areas of the facility that are designated to the school aged program, except for Classroom #1. All areas of the facility are being used by the preschool component. Please see LIC 809 for Preschool Component Evaluation Report for relevant information. No deficiencies were issued during today\342\200\231s inspection. Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeals Rights provided.
