What the inspector wrote

On Friday, July 11, 2025 at 11:58 AM, Licensing Program Analysts, (LPAs) Caroline Colson and Randy Miranda met with Applicant Harjit Kaur, for a Change of Ownership application. The applicant requests 32 Infant children with only 12 crib age children from 6 weeks to 24 months and 25 Toddler children from 18 months - 36 months. A health and safety inspection in all areas accessible to children was conducted. All components will operate on Mondays through Fridays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The facility has requested for the Infant Component to be remeasured because the napping area has been created. LPA measured 2 classrooms for the Infant Component. The total indoor measurements for the Infant Component is 948.64 square feet and will not accommodate Applicant's request for 32 Infant children. The following items are required before a license will be issued: 1. Applicant will need store emergency items in another location. 2. Applicant will need to provide an updated LIC 200 A. 3. Waiver needs to be approved. 4. Applicant needs to purchase another changing table with new mat. 5. Parent and Employee Handbooks need to be reviewed. 6. Applicant will send a picture of the hazardous power cords behind a small cabinet. Once the above items have been corrected, a Single License will be granted.
