Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini met with Director Gabriela Arrizon for an unannounced case management inspection in response to an unusual Incident that the facility self-reported to the Department on 02/18/2026. Present during the inspection there were 143 children and 18 staff members. Based on the video footage, the LPA concluded that an incident occurred in which the child was running inside the classroom. Staff member S1 stopped the child by extending an arm from the chest area and then placing a hand under the child\342\200\231s chin while bending down halfway in an attempt to gain the child\342\200\231s attention. The video footage does not contain audio; therefore, the LPA was unable to determine the nature of verbal communication during the incident. No deficiency was cited today. Appeal rights were given. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. An exit interview was conducted with the director, Gabriela Arrizon.
